• Opening orders: $150 minimum
• Reorders: $100 minimum

PRICING & PACK QUANTITIES
• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
• Existing accounts will be notified of any pricing updates before shipment.

SHIPPING
• Shipping fees are included in your invoice.
• Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, with tracking and insurance included.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
• To cancel or change an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it.
• Changes or cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Please contact us before returning any items.
• Report any damaged merchandise within 72 business hours of delivery. We cannot process refunds after this window.

DISPLAY & PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
• Products must be sold in original packaging.
• Boxed notecard sets may not be sold individually.
• Mugs must include the box and enclosed care card.
• If sold online, Natty Michelle Paperie must be credited in the product description. Non-compliance may result in account termination.
