Wholesale Terms and Conditions

$150 minimum for opening orders; $100 minimum for reorders. 

PLACING AN ORDER | If this is your first time ordering, welcome! We're excited for you to join us as a retailer. Please submit a new account form to us so we can learn a bit about you and your shop. We will respond to your inquiry in 48 business hours. Approved accounts will receive a document with wholesale pricing and minimums for our product line. At this time we are not accepting online-only retailers.

PRICES & PACK QUANTITIES  |  All prices are listed in US dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Existing customers will be notified of any changes in pricing prior to their order being shipped.

SHIPPING  |  All shipping costs are listed and charged in your original invoice. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Tracking and insurance are included. 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES  |  We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a 20% restocking fee.

Please contact us before returning any items. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 72 business hours of receiving a shipment. Refunds cannot be honored after this period has passed.

DISPLAY & PACKAGING  |  All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed notecard sets may not be broken up and sold individually. Mugs must be sold with the box with the care card enclosed. If Natty Michelle Paperie products are sold online, Natty Michelle Paperie must be credited in the product description. Failure to comply will result in account termination. If you have any questions about packaging, please e-mail us and we'll be happy to help! 

COMPLIANCE  |   Natty Michelle Paperie reserves the right to suspend any wholesale accounts that do not comply with these guidelines. Thank you for your business and support!
