SHOP HOURS | CONTACT INFO

We’re in the studio Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. If you message us outside those hours, we’ll get back to you the next business day!

Can I call you? We don’t offer phone support at this time, but we’re just an email away! Drop us a note and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks so much for understanding!

LOCAL PICK-UPS

Can I pick-up my order? If you're local to Athens, Georgia (hi, neighbor!) and interested in a no-contact pick-up, we’d love to try to make it work. Just shoot us an email at hello@nattymichellepaperie.com to check availability!

SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIMES

Once payment is received, non-custom goodies ship within 5–7 business days. Custom items (like address stamps, invitations, and notepads) typically ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance within 7–10 business days — not including time needed to create any original artwork.

All other orders ship via USPS First Class unless otherwise requested. Domestic shipping usually takes 5–7 business days to arrive.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Can you create a custom map or skyline for me? First — thank you so much for your interest! Natalie is able to take on a limited number of custom projects throughout the year. If you’re interested in a house portrait, map, wedding skyline, or something similar, email us at hello@nattymichellepaperie.com with details and your hoped-for timeline. We’ll follow up as soon as we can!

The best way to see your town in our collection? Encourage a local shop in your area to reach out to us about carrying our line! We love partnering with retailers, and our business grows through kind word of mouth — thank you for spreading the love!

Can you create a custom product line for my shop? Possibly! Custom wholesale lines depend on a few factors like timing and availability. If you’re interested, please fill out our wholesale inquiry form and let us know what you have in mind. We’ll be in touch with more info and pricing as soon as possible!

Can you customize [insert product here] for me?  Some of our products — like stamps, notepads, and select stationery — can be personalized (you’ll find details in the listings).

Others — including mugs, party cups, magnets, stickers, coasters, and art prints — are not customizable at this time. This includes adding names, dates, logos, or business information.

Can holders can be customized with names or dates (yay!), but we don’t allow other company logos or modifications to skyline artwork. Customization is available for bulk orders of 12 or more, and a small design fee applies.

WHOLESALE

Do you sell your products at wholesale prices? Yes; we do! You can shop our line at wholesale prices here. Before placing an order, please review our terms and conditions.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your purchase — truly! If something feels off, please reach out right away so we can help make it right.

Please note that we can’t accept returns on:

  • Used or opened items

  • Final sale items

  • Custom orders that have already gone through a proof-and-approval process

Can I purchase a file of your work for a project/personal use? 

We’re flattered you love the artwork! For brand integrity and copyright reasons, we do not offer Natalie's designs as downloadable files for personal or commercial use.

Where are your products made? 

We’re proud to say that nearly all of our products are made right here in the USA — many with the help of fellow small businesses!

Each piece of art is hand-illustrated and designed by Natalie, and everything is assembled and packaged with care by our tiny (but mighty!) team just outside Athens, Georgia. Supporting our local economy means the world to us, and we’re so grateful for your support too!
